Therapeutic Care Specialist

Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and process complaints and MDRs across multiple product lines.
  • Perform daily tasks associated with processing complaint files and MDRs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Determine reportability of complaints and create regulatory reports (e.g., MDRs), maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate complaints for need to investigate and coordinate sample retrieval, applying critical thinking skills.
  • Respond to customer complaints written and verbally, providing empathetic and professional communication.
  • Closely track workflow and identify issues that require escalation, promoting proactive problem-solving.
  • Triage internal and external communication for complaints, prioritizing effective issue resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and projects as assigned, contributing to organizational excellence.
  • Mentor and provide training or guidance to new team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
