Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at PyjamaHR. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the technical aspects of our product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Mentor the development team in identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and develop technical specifications.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions, enforce coding guidelines, and perform coding with the team.
  • Envision architectural schemes, information structures, features, functionality, and user interface design.
  • Distribute development work following agile methodology.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and the use of best practices.
  • Implement and maintain robust testing processes to guarantee the reliability and stability of the product.
  • Ensure project delivery as per the defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, and schedule.
  • Optimize database designs and queries on a regular basis.
  • Audit product security, multiple device support, and data protection on a regular basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and encourage the team to do so.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and working exposure on any of the following: Redux, databases (Postgres, Redis, NoSQL Database), ElasticSearch, Knowledge of Graphql, Prisma, Socket io, Azure, Elasticsearch, and Microservice.
  • Good hands-on experience with cloud providers like Azure and DigitalOcean.
  • Good hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and ElasticSearch.
  • Good hands-on experience with Text-to-Speech.
  • Knowledge of OpenAI will be beneficial.
  • Familiar with agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Having hands-on experience in Technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of Stripe payment gateway will be beneficial.
