Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
  • Presentation of campaign performance and ROI data to internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous testing and optimization of ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Identification of opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (D2C experience is non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-com brands.
  • Strong analytical skills – you live and breathe data.
  • Sharp eye for detail + proactive mindset.
  • Passion for growth & staying on top of digital marketing trends.
