Data Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data engineering principles, practices, and technologies, including cloud computing platforms, big data ecosystems, and data orchestration tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions to support business needs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data products.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Mentor and coach junior data engineers to drive technical excellence within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and big data ecosystems.
  • Expert knowledge of data quality functions like cleansing, standardization, parsing, de-duplication, mapping, hierarchy management, etc.
