We are seeking a seasoned Transaction Manager to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. You will guide high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, adhering to timelines and preparing necessary documents.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties for smooth financial transactions.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders for effective communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
