Job Description:

The Regional Head will spearhead regional recruitment efforts, developing and executing strategies to drive student enrollment. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment plans aligned with global objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve individual and regional KPIs
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 6–10 years' experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets. Strong understanding of international education markets, particularly the UK study abroad landscape.
