Senior Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Design Lead to spearhead our design team and drive business growth through strategic decision-making, qualitative inputs, and in-depth quantitative analysis.

This role involves owning the revenue of a region, managing critical growth and performance metrics, and developing the ecosystem for successful design experiences both for internal teams and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to business decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing city team.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve quality of design closures and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales category penetration, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent field. MBA is an added advantage.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating roles with revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
