Role: Senior Chemist (Analytics / R&D)

As a Senior Chemist, you will play a key role in our research and development team. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute assigned tasks by completing R&D correctly the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform battery material recycling R&D according to current company strategy, product specifications, and laboratory processes.
  • Support team leader to process development in laboratory, pilot facility, and 3rd party's lab to identify the most efficient process technology.
  • Work closely with operations and process engineering teams to monitor process consistency and adjust parameters where needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and lab protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of R&D experience in a chemical lab, preferably in hydrometallurgy, battery recycling, mining, or carbon materials industries.
  • Technical expertise related to inorganic chemistry. Strong research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to grasp processes and lab practices to execute R&D tasks independently.
