Integration Expert Wanted

Join a team of experts in the field of telecommunications, responsible for ensuring seamless network integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive site integrations, including commissioning, configuration, and testing.
  • Work on advanced RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per industry guidelines.
  • Perform thorough call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain integration logs, prepare Method of Procedures (MOPs), and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration, preferably on 5G projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.
  • Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation.
  • Familiarity with OSS tools, TMO tools, and IP planning.
  • Knowledge of transport integration and alarms troubleshooting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution.
