  • Maintain consistent naming conventions for objects, materials, and textures to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Optimize and compress textures for web/mobile performance, striking the perfect balance between quality and file size.
  • Export final assets in .glb/.gltf, .obj, .fbx format with a focus on lightweight file sizes, meeting the demands of modern technology.
  • Document workflows and maintain an organized asset library for the dev team, fostering a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing.
