You will also work closely with our team to develop conceptual and detailed 3D models from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.

  • Presentation: Prepare and present design visualizations for client meetings and project pitches, confidently showcasing your work.">
  • Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and textures, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient collaboration.">
  • Industry Stays Up-to-Date: Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and rendering techniques, continuously expanding your skillset and knowledge.">

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.">
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, with knowledge of Unreal Engine/Blender/Enscape being a plus.">
  • A strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.">
  • The ability to produce photorealistic renders within deadlines, showcasing your time management and organizational skills.">
  • A good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detail orientation, allowing you to craft visually stunning designs.">
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration and effective communication with colleagues and clients.">
