Accounting Professional Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for end-to-end month close tasks, submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis, preparation of monthly financial accounts, and other critical responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Month Close Tasks: Execute comprehensive Us F&A GL month close tasks from start to finish.
  • Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis: Submit Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis reports to management on a timely basis.
  • Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Accruals Movements: Prepare Balance sheet, Income Statement, and Accruals movements in accordance with US GAAP guidelines.
  • Monthly Financial Accounts: Guide the preparation of monthly financial accounts based on established SOPs and processes.
  • Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts: Prepare Annual Accounts and finalize Accounts of Group Companies and Consolidated Accounts for the Company in line with US GAAP.
  • Group Consolidation: Monthly consolidation of group companies.
  • Audit Liaison: Assist in preparing year-end books for audit purposes and liaise with auditors for interim and final audits ensuring smooth completion.
  • Internal Control Systems: Implement suitable internal control systems within the department.
  • Management Reporting: Provide information to top management on a monthly and need basis.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Prepare and maintain detailed cash flow analyses as required.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows effectively communicating analysis to management upon request.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for relevant entities.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts and assigned general ledger accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably Big 4.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Work experience in Staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.
