FP&A Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled FP&A professional to join our team and play a key role in the financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements and management information systems (MIS) in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audit processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Treasury, and Business Units.
  • Develop and maintain board decks, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Ind AS, financial reporting, and audit processes.
