Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot implementation professional to lead our CRM initiatives, optimize sales and marketing operations, and oversee end-to-end technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on HubSpot best practices for CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub
  • Determine project scope, collect requirements, and develop technical implementation plans
  • Manage HubSpot configurations, automation, and integrations with various tools
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and client teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Oversee project timelines, risks, and client communication throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of HubSpot CRM architecture and modules
  • Experience with workflows, custom properties, reports, and CMS tools within HubSpot
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data migrations, and basic troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or Asana

Bonus Qualifications

Prior experience in technical consulting, HubSpot certifications, or working in an agency environment can be beneficial but is not required.
