Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using industry-standard technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, estimate timelines, and develop approach and design for features.
  • Develop and implement architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of products.
  • Participate in code reviews, suggest fixes for defects/design issues identified, and ensure delivered software meets business objectives and highest quality.
  • Ensure thorough unit testing, participate in transition of application components to testers, and present features in product demos to wider audiences/customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java/.Net/Oracle/SQL and web services software architecture and design (REST/SOAP).
  • Exposure to cloud applications including DevOps, Deployment, Jenkins, Jira.
  • Experience in RESTful Web Services & API framework, OAS3 APIs.

Additional Information:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master's degree a plus.
  • Experience with Agile Development practices and processes.
  • Experience with Majesco Platforms/Products a plus.
