Business Operations Partner

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive working environment, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through onboarding, growth, engagement, retention, and inclusion practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and a knack for understanding people.
- This includes onboardings, asset and access-related tasks, background verification processes, checking in with employees, resolving conflicts, answering policy or culture-related questions, organizing activities, and managing communication.
- The successful candidate should have 8+ years of relevant work experience, a degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent attention to detail, and high energy levels.
- They should be able to handle sensitive matters, understand people, and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Mature and able to run engagement activities.
- Empathetic and rational.
- Prior experience with a remote, global team of over 250 people.
- Develop and manage all People Operations communication, including email templates and policies.
- Collaborate with leaders to draft policies and update our handbook.
- Negotiate with vendors to maintain end-to-end partnerships.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently in a fluid environment.
- Proficient in numbers, MS Office, and related tools.
