Job Summary
">- Implement and support SAP Process Planning, Quality Management modules on latest S/4 HANA versions.
Key Responsibilities
">- Analyze complex business process requirements to provide appropriate system solutions.
- Conduct workshops for collecting business requirements.
- Map business processes and objectives; develop product modifications to meet business needs.
- Design, customize, configure and test master data objects in PP and QM.
- Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Drive change requests and emergency changes.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Identify business process enhancements and propose necessary improvements.
- Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects.
- Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
- Work independently and may mentor junior members.
- Expert in PP, QM master data objects.
- Hands-on experience with MRP-MTO & MTS, production order management and process order management, batch management, quality management including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, delivery inspection, quality certificates and notifications.
- Proficient in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and have good understanding of BADI, BAPI, BDC, IDOCS etc.
- Experience with cutover activity.
- Excellent integration understanding of PP/QM with MM, SD, CO, WM, PM modules.
- Knowledge of FIORI Apps and ability to lead data migration strategies in PP & QM.
- Able to prepare test strategy, execution and defect fixes for smooth execution of SIT/UAT waves. Prepare key user trainings and manuals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in implementation/transformation/conversion process methodologies including SAP Activate methodology and Agile ways of working.
