About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in data analysis and business intelligence. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Assist senior analysts in preparing presentations and business reports.
- Support the team in data validation, quality checks, and documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL for database querying.
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Python or R for basic data analysis.
- Exposure to data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Internship/project experience in data or analytics.
