Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering dedicated customer service and technical support to a strategic Enterprise client. The successful candidate will provide expert-level assistance with voice and data business products, including incident management, task management, change management, and proactive platform stability monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, with experience in Data Center and Enterprise Routing and Switching. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

\

This position requires a solid understanding of Information Technology and computing systems, as well as strong networking fundamentals. Familiarity with Microsoft applications and ServiceNow Management System is also a plus.

About the Job

This position is an integral part of our team, responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. As a Network Engineer II, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues related to our voice and data business products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, with a focus on Data Center and Enterprise Routing and Switching.\

  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and ServiceNow Management System.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.\
