Job Title:

Achieving Excellence in Technical Project Management

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to spearhead our Automated Clearing House (ACH) project. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in managing technical projects, with a strong background in banking and ACH domain knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project management for ACH clearing house initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
  2. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.
  3. Facilitate communication between participants Bank users, technical teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and resolve issues.
  4. Conduct impact assessments, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
  5. Track project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  6. Drive process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.
