Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As part of our Global Customer Technical Support team, you will provide post-sales support to customers and partners globally.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, aiding with product applications and use cases, and communicating with customers through clear explanations of technical information.

Part of this role includes working in a rotational on-call schedule, ensuring timely updates for critical issues, and collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to deliver workshops to both local and global teams, share knowledge through documentation, and participate in process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of supported Linux/Unix operating systems, including troubleshooting, analyzing, and configuring the OS and its features and roles.
  • Advanced understanding and experience of networks, firewalls, protocols, and tracing high-level protocols and traffic.
  • Extensive understanding and experience of virtualization & cloud concepts, properties, and technology, as well as detailed skills in major industry-standard technology specifics.
  • Knowledge of models like SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, as well as strong understanding of networking (specifically IP-related technologies) and good problem-solving investigative and multi-tasking skills.
