Job Overview:

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a leadership talent strategy to assess, develop, and succeed CXOs and key roles
  • Manage group-wide high-potential and future leaders programs to enhance talent mobility across the organization
  • Ensure robust succession planning for critical roles to maintain continuity
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing among employees
  • Oversee the performance management framework for CEOs and senior leaders to drive excellence
  • Collaborate with the nomination and remuneration committee to design and implement executive compensation structures
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs to align HR delivery across companies and drive strategic growth
  • Establish a HR council to facilitate shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution
  • Report to the board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture to inform strategic decisions
