Job Title: Vice President of Branch Operations

This is a high-level management position responsible for driving business within defined product mix.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing teams, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales managers and agents to achieve desired activity and productivity targets.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on agents and ensure they are properly inducted into the company.
  3. Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure all sales managers are up-to-date on company products and guidelines.
  4. Business Performance: Monitor and manage business performance metrics, including the Business Quality Index parameters.
  • Leadership: Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including sales managers and agents.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex issues that may arise.
