Visual Display Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Display Specialist to create and implement visually appealing store displays that align with our brand and products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Create visual merchandising strategies for the store to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Develop sketches of visual displays that meet the store's visual design requirements, taking into account lifestyle and design trends.
- Finalize designs and create detailed floor plans for display areas, ensuring uniformity across multiple locations.
- Sources creative materials and accessories for displays, while maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
- Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays or supervise contractors hired for this purpose.
- Change displays to promote new product launches or reflect festive or seasonal themes, keeping up-to-date with current market trends.
- Liaise with retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, as needed to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to optimize visual display impact and return on investment.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in visual merchandising to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
