About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Support Engineer to join our team and drive operational excellence initiatives in refunds operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive operational excellence initiatives in refunds space
  • Triage and resolve issues using dashboards and tools
  • Drive root cause analysis of repeated issues
  • Automate solutions for repeated issues
  • Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
  • Update knowledge base with new issues
  • Review processes and look for optimizations and improvements
Requirements
  • Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
  • 5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
