Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in an HR leadership role.

This is a pivotal position where you'll shape the success of our organization by managing human resources and administrative operations.

Talent acquisition, employee management, and compliance will be key areas of focus for this role. We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and proven skills in staff management and negotiation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive, preferably in eCommerce or Online Retail. They should be able to drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction, and serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Source and hire candidates through various job portals.
    • Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Employee Management & Engagement:
    • Supervise, guide, and motivate employees.
    • Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Handle salary negotiations and payroll coordination.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.
    • Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager/Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
