
Human Resource Development Specialist

Overview:
This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, you will support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
- Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with relevant software is a plus.
- Knowledge of local language is an added advantage.
- Must be well-settled in the location.
