About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused professionals to provide first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 services and desktop environments.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support via various communication channels.
  • Provide fundamental troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Support desktop environments: Windows operating system, device setup, drivers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Assist with user account management in Azure Active Directory / Office 365.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to senior engineers while documenting the troubleshooting process.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions within the ticketing system.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Proficiency in Office365 admin portal, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Skills:

Microsoft 365 Applications

We require candidates with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Windows Operating System and Desktop Hardware

Candidates should be familiar with Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

Office365 Admin Portal and Azure

Proficiency in Office365 admin portal, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure is necessary for this role.
