Job Description

We are seeking a Senior General Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the premium apparel manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling wovens, tops, and bottoms, as well as expertise in sourcing fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, and more.

They should be able to generate business worth approximately $50 million per year and possess strong design sensibility to work closely with in-house Design & PD teams.

Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing efforts to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in the premium apparel manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of wovens, tops, and bottoms production
  • Expertise in sourcing fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, and more
  • Ability to generate business worth approximately $50 million per year
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to work closely with in-house Design & PD teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
