Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled iScala Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support for iScala ERP system users. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for iScala ERP system users, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of iScala software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems and improve user experience, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions for continuous improvement, ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • Stay updated with the latest iScala releases and features to provide informed support, driving business growth and success.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and performance, guaranteeing a high level of service quality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT principles and concepts.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support or a similar role, showcasing expertise and proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues, leveraging analytical and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Experience with database management and SQL is a plus, enhancing technical capabilities and versatility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
