  • Govern system data model for enterprise solution Govern source to target mapping for data analytics solution Govern quality of metadata in enterprise solution and Support business and IT to build data landscape and data flow
  • Support business and IT with data asset classification and Collaborate with project team to drive and evolve the core governance team to have optimized governance model Suggest optimization measures to have cost effective delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or information technology discipline with minimum 8 years of experience An advanced degree and related accreditations is a plus Hands-On experience with erwin or ER/Studio is must.

Hands-On experience with Databricks and Collibra is good to have Experience working in pharma industry is good to have. Experience working in DAMA and DCAM methodology is good to have Experience with AGILE and DevOps methodology is good to have Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, accountability, written and verbal communication skills, and time management aligned with Novartis Values & Behaviors Be a self-starter and a fast learner. Capable to think strategically and have good problem-solving skills A proven track record working in high performing information technology global teams that are culturally diverse in matrix organizations
