We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in leading BIM implementation across architecture and interiors projects.

  • This role will involve blending hands-on BIM modeling and documentation with strategic oversight and team mentorship.
  • You will collaborate with project architects, designers, and global studios to ensure seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects within the studio
  • Collaborating with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices
  • Modeling and managing complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows
  • Developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries
  • Conducting quality control checks for Revit models and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks
  • Facilitating inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms (BIM 360 / ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborative tools
  • Troubleshooting software issues and serving as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools
  • Maintaining project documentation in alignment with firm-wide BIM protocols
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8-12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Enscape, or other visualization/scripting tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise with global teams, consultants, and non-BIM stakeholders
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance both strategy and execution
