Job Summary

As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing clinical data with the utmost care and attention to detail. This role involves ensuring accuracy and integrity in project-specific documents and collaborating closely with project teams to facilitate document tracking and control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing clinical data and coordinating document tracking and control across various projects.\
  • Reviewing and validating CRF documents as per protocol.\
  • Preparing project-specific documents and coordinating client requests/issues.\
  • Collaborating with the CDA team on database design and validation.\
  • Ensuring robust database validation through procedure verification.\
  • Processing and tracking Data Clarification Forms to ensure data validity.\
  • Conducting manual data listings as needed.\
  • Maintaining documentation for Pre-production and Pre-lock audits.\
  • Providing training for subordinates on project-specific processes.\
  • Assisting the Data Manager as needed.\
  • Contributing to the development of departmental SOPs.\
  • Performing basic quality control functions.\
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.\
  • Supporting organizational success by developing skills and contributing to the team's efforts.\
  • Requirements:\

  • Experience with clinical data management, document tracking, and control.\
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications.\
