Guest Service Associate Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
">Job Description:
">As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with guests on a daily basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This includes serving food courses and beverages, setting tables according to type and service standards, answering questions about menu selections, and communicating with the kitchen regarding menu inquiries and product availability.
">You will also be responsible for recording transactions in our MICROS system at the time of order, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
Requirements:
">- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
