Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in automation governance to design and develop a comprehensive framework for enforcing best practices.

This is a remote position requiring strong Python skills, emphasis on testing frameworks & automation, and experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Create a system to codify rules into automated code checks, creating a framework similar to a testing suite that validates code and practices.
  • Finalize incomplete rule sets and enable engineers to write custom compliance checks.
  • Develop a global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption and implement standards across large organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement an automation platform to enforce governance best practices.
  • Design and build rule validation, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Develop backend systems using databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines.

Requirements:
