Senior Researcher in Genetic Engineering and Molecular Biology

We are seeking a Senior Researcher to lead our Molecular Biology & Genetics team, driving strategy, execution, and innovation in genetic engineering and molecular biology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the R&D team, setting clear goals and growth plans for each member.
- Design and execute detailed research strategies, ensuring timely project milestones.
- Manage resources for all genetics-related activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation in recombinant protein platform development, virus gene editing, and virus-host interaction studies.
- Protect our technology through global patent filings, working closely with the Intellectual Property team.
- Enhance R&D processes for efficiency and reproducibility, actively contributing to hiring decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in genetic engineering and molecular biology.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field, with a strong track record of research and innovation.
