Electrical Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance professional to oversee the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production machinery and systems in our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal performance of all plant machinery, including wire drawing machines, annealing units, stranding machines, extrusion lines, and related utilities.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, utilizing various diagnostic techniques to identify potential issues before they occur.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimal production downtime, employing problem-solving skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and other advanced techniques to prevent costly repairs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with the production and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations, fostering open communication and a culture of collaboration.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the environment.
  • Assist in planning and executing machine upgrades, installations, and plant expansions, working closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to production.
