Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead data migration projects using the Syniti toolset. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Data Management and strong implementation experience with the Syniti tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage data migration activities for SAP projects ensuring seamless transition and accuracy of business-critical data.
  • Analyze data migration requirements, create migration strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) activities, and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage mapping rules, validation scripts, and error resolution processes, and provide cutover and post-migration support.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards on migration progress and quality metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in SAP Data Migration projects.
  • Strong expertise with Syniti tool for SAP data migration.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP modules ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Solid knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
  • Experience in migration of master data, transactional data, and configuration data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex migration issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with S/4HANA migrations and SAP MDG.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like Jira.
