  • Enhance and improve communication surveillance programs for effectiveness and efficiency.">
  • Support compliance investigations by gathering and analyzing data.">
  • Prepare metrics to report surveillance results to senior management.">

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.">
  • 8-10 years of experience in financial services or banking compliance.">
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately.">
  • Native-level proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.">
