Effective cash flow management is crucial for maximizing fund utilization across multiple project entities.

Treasury Operations
  • Optimizing Daily Cash Flow: We monitor and optimize daily cash inflows and outflows to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Managing Capex LCs and Buyer's Credit/Supplier's Credit: We facilitate issuance of Capex Letters of Credit and manage Buyer's Credit/Supplier's Credit arrangements with vendors.
  • Investment of Surplus Funds: We manage surplus funds by investing in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits.
  • Loan Repayments: We ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.
  • Vendor Management: We maintain proper records of advance and Performance BG received from Vendors/BG issued to third parties.
  • Inter Corporate Deposit: We manage Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, limit monitoring, and documentation.
  • Treasury Accounting: We ensure treasury accounting entries on a daily basis.
  • Forex Hedging: We manage forex hedging activities and related bank documentation.
  • KYC Compliance: We lead KYC compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives (H2H, net banking, automation of transactions).
  • Banking Relationships: We liaise with banks on operational matters and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Reporting and Audit: We timely submit Treasury related details, audit coordination, and response to audit queries.
  • Treasury MIS: We prepare monthly Treasury MIS, including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
  • New Project Financing: We support in new project financing activities and Loan documentation.
  • Collaboration: We collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) for efficient treasury operations.
