About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned FICO expert to join our team as a Treasury and Cash Management Specialist. This individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ownership of FICO projects, providing valuable expertise, and managing all aspects of FICO deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Treasury & Cash Management and deep expertise in Cash Positioning, Liquidity Planning, BAM, and BCM. They will also possess practical experience in Bank Integration (SWIFT, APIs, EBICS, or similar) and proficiency in Cash Application and Bank Transaction Reconciliation.

This role requires a solid understanding of end-to-end Treasury processes including payments, liquidity, and risk management. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to multitask, re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements, and provide technical support whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Taking end-to-end ownership of FICO deliverable on projects
  2. Managing and owning all aspects of FICO deliverables
  3. Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents
  4. Estimation of efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed
  5. Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Designing and configuring Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, and Bank Account Management (BAM) in S/4HANA Cloud
  • Setting up Bank Connectivity including SWIFT, APIs, and EBICS integration for payments and bank statements
  • Configuring Bank Reconciliation and Cash Application to automate transaction matching
  • Enabling In-House Cash, Payment Processing, and Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  • Defining and implementing Treasury workflows for payments, cash operations, and liquidity optimization
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Treasury & Cash Management
  • Deep expertise in Cash Positioning, Liquidity Planning, BAM, and BCM
  • Practical experience in Bank Integration (SWIFT, APIs, EBICS, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Cash Application and Bank Transaction Reconciliation
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Treasury processes including payments, liquidity, and risk management
