Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIOVIA LIMS Application Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and the ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the BIOVIA LIMS
  • Maintaining the integrity and security of the system
  • Collaborating with end-users to identify and resolve issues
