Job Title: Documentation Specialist
DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.
- Develop detailed user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, internal process documentation, release notes, and changelogs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
- Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation is updated regularly.
- Participate in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and tools (Agile, Git, APIs, SDLC).
- Experience working with documentation tools and platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
A hybrid work mode and contract employment type.
