**Job Title:** Product Manager – AI Applications

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap for AI applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product ideas and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define Product Roadmap: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap for AI applications.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new AI solutions.
  3. Product Requirements: Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals.
  4. Prioritization: Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  5. User Experience: Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement.
  7. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer training for AI applications.
Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. Product Management Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable.
  3. Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
