Site Engineer Role Overview

The Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in project success, overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion, adherence to safety protocols, and delivery of high-quality results.

This critical position requires an experienced and skilled professional to manage on-site construction projects from planning to execution, collaborating with chief engineers and project managers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Projects: Plan and execute all on-site construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Supervise Daily Activities: Oversee daily construction activities, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to industry standards among all on-site personnel.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Assist crew members with technical issues, conduct regular site inspections, and monitor progress to identify potential risks.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Prepare and update accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and quality assurance records.
  • Evaluate and Maintain Equipment: Ensure optimal performance and safety of site equipment and machinery.
