Global Supply Chain Manager

A Global Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across the globe. They oversee strategic planning, procurement, and logistics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

This critical function entails managing complex supply chain networks, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and implementing efficient processes to meet evolving customer needs.

  • Manage day-to-day activities of global supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate independently to provide high-quality work products.
  • Perform varied and complex duties, requiring independent judgment, to implement supply chain solutions.
  • Apply industry-leading methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in global supply chain management, preferably with Oracle EBS or Cloud Applications.
  • SCM functional expertise, including source-procurement, self-service procurement, sourcing, contracts, approval management, inventory management, order management, pricing, sales, and service contracts.
  • Experience in one or more modules, such as Procurement Suite, covering purchasing, self-service procurement, sourcing, contracts, SQM, approval management using AMX and BPM, and inventory.
  • At least 3-4 full life-cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Self-motivated, with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
  • Should be a good team player and have good analytical skills.
