As a key member of our test core team, you will be responsible for verifying and validating substation automation products, developing new test cases, and reporting test defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate substation automation products to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Participate in test core team meetings to understand product test requirements and perform software/domain test activities.
  • Develop new and adaptive design of test cases for system and product requirements.
  • Report and verify test defect logs captured during the testing phase of assigned products.
  • Carry out IEC61850 based engineering configurations of IEDs and test SAS concepts.

Requirements:

  • BE/M. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in substation commissioning activities.
  • Engineering and testing of SA communication protocols like IEC 61850 Ed1&Ed2, DNP3, IEC60870-5-101, IEC60870-5-104, OPC UA, TLS, PRP/HSR, PTP, SNTP, SNMP, and cyber security knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge on test automation tools with scripting (e.g. Python or Selenium or Visual Basic).
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
