Drive thought leadership and content excellence for a top-performing brand. Core responsibilities include developing strategic content across written, SEO, and video formats to boost demand, nurture leads, and enhance the company's authority.

  • Thought Leadership & Executive Branding: Create high-quality written and video content for senior leaders (LinkedIn posts, POV videos, keynote snippets) and maintain a consistent thought leadership calendar.

Content Strategy & Production: Own the company's content strategy across blog, LinkedIn, gated assets, and campaigns. Plan, write, and repurpose content into various formats (blog posts, reports, guides, ebooks). Manage a team of interns, freelancers, and regional content support.

SEO Ownership: Lead SEO strategy for the company (technical + content-driven). Build topical authority through keyword strategy, pillar content, and link building. Ensure SEO efforts align with pipeline goals.

Video Content Marketing: Produce short-form and long-form videos for leadership thought leadership, campaigns, and social channels. Collaborate with design/production partners to deliver high-quality video assets.

Campaign Support: Partner with Demand Gen and ABM teams to create high-converting assets (case studies, whitepapers, reports). Develop gated and nurture content that accelerates SQL conversions.

KPIs: Measure success by SEO performance (organic traffic, keyword rankings, citations in AI search), content-driven pipeline contribution (downloads, MQLs, SQLs), engagement on company LinkedIn handles (posts, videos, shares), and volume and velocity of asset production.

Ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in B2B content or product marketing, strong writing/editing ability, proven SEO expertise, hands-on experience with video content production (or managing vendors), background in B2B SaaS and content-driven pipeline growth, and comfort working cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Events, and Sales teams.
