About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lead Creative Director to oversee our projects from concept to delivery. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, creative vision, and excellent communication skills.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have 7+ years of experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)
  • Will possess a strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution
  • Will be proficient in ideating across formats - social, digital, film, static, and experiential
  • Will be able to manage a creative team + resources across multiple projects
  • Will have excellent deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching skills

The Role:

As our Lead Creative Director, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into powerful ideas, steering projects through every stage of production, and managing a talented team of creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate client briefs into creative strategies and ideas
  2. Ideate across formats - social, digital, film, static, and experiential
  3. Lead projects across all stages: concept, scripting, execution, post, delivery
  4. Manage a creative team + resources across multiple projects
  5. Pitch and present ideas to clients, confidently and effectively

You will work closely with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality campaigns that break through the noise, no matter the medium.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution
  • Experience across formats: film, digital, social, experiential, static
  • Skilled at multitasking and managing people, projects, and timelines
  • Excellent deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching skills
