As a critical member of the finance team, we seek an experienced Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate closure of revenue recognition activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of revenue recognition activities.
  • Monthly books closure, including reporting of revenue, receivables, and management information systems (MIS).
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order validation, billing accuracy, and supply chain coordination.
  • Review receivables management, ensuring timely collection and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including aging analysis, days sales outstanding (DSO) trends, and collection forecasts.
  • Develop relationships with banks and payment gateways for competitive functionalities.
  • Coordinate and provide support to reporting teams for monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS reporting.
  • Coordinate with statutory and tax auditors.
  • Revenue variance analysis and tracking plan vs. actuals.
  • Liaise with third-party accounting, tax service providers, and consultants on local regulatory/accounting/audit compliances.
  • Work with onshore and offshore finance teams to monitor transactions and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Develop and maintain sound internal control systems in finance reporting processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and best practice sharing within and outside the Order-to-Cash function.
